Rodent inspection: We inspect the interior, exterior, attic, roof and garage for signs of rodent activity and possible access points. We include a detailed graph of the structure identifying problem areas.

Rodent Exclusion: We seal all active and potential entry points where rodents can enter the structure. We then trap and remove all the remaining rodents.

Rodent Baiting: All of our rodent bait stations are bar coded and scanned allowing you access to monitor activity and verify our service via a secure internet account screen.

Gophers & Ground Squirrels

Ventura Pest Control offers the latest and most effective treatments for managing gophers and ground squirrels with use of burrow fumigation and baits.

We maintain the areas by regularly inspecting the slopes and landscape for signs of new activity. When new activity is found we treat the problem area.
